This procedure that renews skin tone and texture is minimally invasive. Fine particles of abrasive materials like aluminum oxide crystals, sodium bicarbonate and diamond chips are sprayed on the affected skin. The dead skin dislodged due to abrasive action of the spray is sucked away with a vacuum attached to the instrument. This dermabrasion treatment stimulates the top layers of the skin to exfoliate.
